This Apollo E-Gift Card can be redeemed only at Apollo Pharmacy Retail stores and on www.apollopharmacy.in for medicines, FMCG, and Apollo Brands.<br/>Apollo E-Gift Card is not valid for doctor consultations, lab tests or health checks.<br/>Per Customer can redeem only 2 (Two) e-cards / day at the participating Apollo Pharmacy outlets and on web one card will be accepted in one bill.<br/>The person who has the Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card is deemed to be the beneficiary. <br/>Apollo Pharmacy is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.<br/>Request the cashier to use Billing Code (6619 E-Healing Card) to redeem these 16-digit Card No and its Pin No. Call Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care 1860 500 0101 for any issues.<br/>Only One E-Healing Card can be used in one bill / transaction. Also, this is a One-time use E-Healing Card with an expiration date.<br/>E-Healing Card is valid for 06 months from the purchase date. <br/>No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the E-Healing Card will be given.
