Any person under the age of 18, may only use the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card<br/>under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and<br/>Conditions.<br/>Third Wave Coffee India eGift cards cannot be returned/refunded once purchased.<br/>Third Wave Coffee eGift Cards are redeemable for dine in and takeaway across all stores in India<br/>only.<br/>Re-sale of Third Wave Coffee eGift Cards is strictly prohibited.<br/>The Third Wave Coffee eGift Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds Once purchased, the<br/>Third Wave Coffee eGift Card cannot be cancelled by the purchaser, nor is the Third Wave Coffee<br/>eGift Card refundable, returnable or redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.<br/>Any cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of Third Wave Coffee India. Once the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card has been sent to you,<br/>you are bound to protect the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card 16 digit number and the 6 digit CSV<br/>code as confidential.<br/>Purchases made with value from the Third Wave Coffee eGift Card are not refundable, except<br/>where required by law.
